In Memory of the 24 Horses That Perished, WI
On Wednesday, November 25th, 2010 in
Plymouth Township, Wisconsin, Footville Fire Chief Joe North responded to a barn fire at 8:42 am on at 927 S. Old Highway 11 at the Humane Organization Rescuing and Saving Equine, (H.O.R.S.E) a nonprofit horse rescue. 24 horses perished in the fire. This Blog site is dedicated to their memorial. "Charger & Painted Delite"
Charger & Painted Delite came in together and never left each others' side. Where one went, the other was 2 steps behind. They were up in their ages and I think they loved each other their entire lives.
